DALLAS (PRWEB) July 08, 2013 -- Burger enthusiasts in Plano will have a brand new restaurant to enjoy, as MOOYAH, a fast-casual, “better burger,” fries and shakes chain, is excited to announce the opening of MOOYAH at Plano Spring Creek at 6100 Avenue K #104C on Monday, July 8, 2013. With 34 restaurants open in Texas, MOOYAH is proud to continue expanding in their headquarters of Plano and to bring a delicious dining experience to families, friends and neighbors in the community.

Mahfuz Rahman, the franchisee of the newest location, is a former accountant with a depth of experience in the hotel and restaurant industries. Prior to MOOYAH, he worked in finance for brands such as Sheraton Hotels, InterContinental Hotels and W Hotels. His partner and cousin, Tanveer Rahman, brings experience in marketing to the team, most recently at American Airlines. The duo is looking forward to utilizing both of their backgrounds, as Mahfuz will handle the management and finances of the Plano restaurant while Tanveer will focus on its operations.
“After spending time on the hotel, food and beverage side of finance and accounting, I knew I had the skill set to open a franchise,” Mahfuz said. “But to be a part of MOOYAH, a franchise that my wife, son and daughter love, is extremely exciting. Our location at Spring Creek Plaza is great and the restaurant is beautiful; I cannot wait to share the MOOYAH experience with our fans and Guests.”
At MOOYAH, customization is king. Guests have the advantage of choosing from a variety of bread options, such as freshly-baked white or wheat buns and hand-crafted lettuce wraps to accompany either the never-frozen 100 percent American beef patty, Jennie-O turkey patty or the mouthwatering veggie burger. Each gourmet burger creation comes with a selection of unlimited veggies and a choice of nine delicious sauces.
MOOYAH French fries come together in a six-step process that takes a total of 24 hours to completely prepare. A delightful combination of constant attention and a little magic help transform fresh spuds into perfect, crisp-on-the-outside and fluffy-on-the-inside fries. Never one to forget dessert, MOOYAH offers handcrafted shakes, allowing Guests to choose from classic flavors like vanilla and chocolate, or opt to make their own creations with toppings such as cookie dough, peanut butter cups and more.
