Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (PRWEB) April 11, 2015 -- Grace Century’s stem cell bio banking project, Provia Laboratories, LLC, recently announced a record first quarter for their Store-a-tooth™ cryogenic storage service of dental stem cells.
Provia Laboratories reported a 108% increase in customer enrollment, quarter over quarter, for the Store-A-Tooth service, as interest continues to build for families storing children’s baby teeth, as well extracted teeth such as wisdom teeth.
International expansion, including the approval for Provia entering the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, and expanded domestic territories in the United States contributed to the surge. The company announced the first U.S. territory outside of the East Coast (Chicago) this year.
"All the cylinders are beginning to fire for Provia as it expands both domestically, as well as internationally. Provia saw a dramatic surge in inquires by families, as the awareness of stem cells and their possible future use in therapies becomes more mainstream.” Grace Century’s CEO, Scott Wolf, commented. “We expect them to be operating in multiple European markets by the third quarter.”
”Our strategy of working with the dental community to raise awareness is working. Dental professionals who inform patients about our technology give these families an opportunity to make a choice,” Howard Greenman, CEO of Provia said. “Not informing them is essentially making the choice for them. Increasingly, the dental community sees their role to inform patients as an obligation they have as clinicians.”
