Graebel Relocation Promotes Three on Staff to Vice President Client Development Leadership Positions
Aurora, COLO (PRWEB) February 06, 2015 -- In a companywide announcement, Craig Chapman GMS, senior vice president, global client development at Graebel Relocation, has announced the promotion of Michelle Mara CRP, GMS, Nancy Lempicki GMS and Samantha Hodges CRP, GMS, to vice president of client development. In their new roles, these three veteran Graebel employees will lead a diverse team of global client development professionals that are dedicated to the successful management of the company’s Global 100 and Fortune 500 clients’ relocation and mobility programs worldwide.
With Graebel since 2006, Mara is a 20+ year relocation industry veteran who has held prominent client-advocacy roles with the organization. Most recently, she was assistant vice president of international client services. Before joining Graebel, she was an on-site client manager at Prudential Relocation, the third party firm that has been acquired by the Canadian company, Brookfield Global Relocation Services. Mara was also the director of client services at SIRVA Relocation, a third-party firm that is headquartered in Illinois. Mara has been honored with numerous awards including the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Award from SIRVA Relocation and Prudential Relocation. She holds the Worldwide ERC® Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations. Additionally, Mara is a licensed Realtor® in Minnesota and holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) certificate.
Lempicki has over two decades of industry experience in global relocation, customer service, pricing, transportation and logistics. She has been with Graebel since 2007, and has been instrumental in managing several of the Company’s clients that are ranked in the Global 50. Just prior to this appointment, Lempicki was the regional operation director and a senior director of global client development. Previously, she was the operations manager and international relocation consultant for the SIRVA entities, Allied Van Lines, Inc. and NorthAmerican Van Lines, Inc. Lempicki attended the College of DuPage where she studied Business Management and Logistics. She holds the Worldwide ERC® Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation.
Hodges became a member of the Graebel Relocation team in 2010. A fifteen year relocation industry veteran, she has held leadership roles throughout her career, and was most recently assistant vice president of client services at Graebel. Earlier, she was responsible for the in-region management of a marquee client at SIRVA. There, she completed an overseas assignment as that organization’s EMEA regional account manager in the UK. Fluent in German, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in German and International Relations from the Simpson College. Hodges also holds the Worldwide ERC® Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations.
