Grand Opening of First Lightbridge Academy Center in Pennsylvania
Bethlehem Twp., PA (PRWEB) January 21, 2016 -- Lightbridge Academy is celebrating the grand opening of its newest center in Bethlehem Township, and first in Pennsylvania, with a winter-themed event this Saturday, complete with facility tours, family activities and entertainment, and live reindeer.
There will be food and refreshments, including a hot chocolate social, and children are invited to interact with two live reindeer and play coordinated “Reindeer Games” with crafts, memory games and goodie bags of “Build-Your-Own Snowman” kits. During the grand opening, staff will conduct tours of the center for parents, and a registered dietitian will discuss the center’s healthy meal nutrition program.
The Grand Opening will be Saturday, January 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain, snow or shine. Interested parents, current enrolled families and the community are encouraged to attend. Families enrolling in full-time child care during the Grand Opening celebration will receive up to a $600 tuition credit.
This is Lightbridge Academy’s first location in Pennsylvania, kicking off the early education child care company’s expansion into eastern PA starting with Lehigh Valley. The brand-new, 11,400 SF center can accommodate up to 200 children in infant, toddler and pre-K programs. Lightbridge uses a whole child approach to learning with their Seedlings Early Childhood Education Curriculum offering Spanish, music and sign language and other areas of multi-sensory learning.
Technology plays a integral role through the use of interactive iPad technology, whiteboards, ParentView® internet monitoring, and an e-Communication app where parents receive daily photos and updates right to their phones.
