Greater Maryland Title Announces Manager & Processor Appointments
Media, PA (PRWEB) August 19, 2014 -- Greater Maryland Title, LLC, a title insurance agency joint venture of Title Alliance Ltd., announced today that they have appointed Jennifer Zatkowski as Manager and Margaret (Marti) Mason as Title Processor. The appointments of Zatkowski and Mason come just months after the partnership was formed with Keller Williams Greater Howard County Market Center.
Zatkowski, a long-time Maryland/Washington, D.C. resident, comes to the company with a wealth of experience as both a Settlement Officer and Senior Attorney. Professionally, she is a member of both the New York State Bar and Connecticut State Bar. She also holds her Maryland Notary and Maryland Title Producers License. She is also an active member of the Howard County Association of Realtors.

Mason joins the team with twenty five years of work experience in a variety of settings with emphasis in Real Estate. Her areas of strength include managing multiple demands and priorities, organization, and conflict resolution. Mason previously held the positions of Settlement Officer, Senior Processor and Senior Marketing Representative for various title companies in Columbia, Maryland and the surrounding area. She also previously owned her own title agency.
The Zatkowski and Mason team will prove to be the right pairing to send Greater Maryland Title forward into much success.
Their partner, the Greater Howard County Market Center, has experienced incredible growth within the past year. The company is currently reporting this month that their year-to-date profit sharing is quickly approaching their 2013 total of $353,829.05 (YTD Profit Sharing recorded in early August 2014: $309,997.40). The company opened less than 10 years ago in May of 2005 and has grown to 287 agents.
