Green Cross Services Acquires HALO Biosynthesis Laboratories and Royal Trade Corp; Announces Name Change, New Directors, Objectives and HexaDiol Products

(HALO Labs) and Royal Trade Corporation (Royal Trade Corp), makers of first-to-market CBD health products and formulations. Pursuant to the acquisition HALO Labs, Royal Trade Corp and Green Gross Services have commenced efforts to develop naturally grown and refined pure Cannabidiol (CBD) Isolate (99.8% Purity) formulations and medicinal grade products for use in all US States and most countries.
In accordance with the acquisition, Green Cross Services, Inc. has filed an amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation to change its name to "Health Max Group, Inc." (HMG or HealthMax). All brands, websites, infrastructure, stock and assets of the acquisition are now owned and licensed by HMG, with two active division branches in Washington State and one in California. HMG has acquired all of Royal Trade Corp and HALO Labs’ proprietary formulations, brands, copyrights, trademarks and certain assets in connection with such development and activities, and intends to aggressively pursue large-scale production of over a dozen health and wellness products under the HALO brand. The Company will now take the lead in establishing new Cannabinoid therapies and first-to-market products.
