Greenberg Traurig Associate Stephanie L. Varela Named to Leadership Miami 2015-2016

Varela, an associate in the Miami Appellate practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has been accepted into the 2015-2016 class of Leadership Miami. Sponsored by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the program provides educational training and experiences to cultivate young community leaders.

At Greenberg Traurig, Varela focuses her practice on appellate law and trial support. She has experience with a variety of substantive legal issues and areas of the law, in cases before state and federal courts, and has lectured and authored publications on various issues.
In July 2015, Varela was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Florida Supreme Court Historical Society. She was also recently recognized as a “Rising Star” in the 2015 edition of Florida Super Lawyers magazine. Varela received her law degree from University of Florida Levin College of Law.
