Greenberg Traurig Grows Labor & Employment Practice with Addition of Shea B. Brack in Sacramento
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (PRWEB) June 17, 2015 -- Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Shea B. Brack to its Sacramento office as an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. Brack joins the firm from Littler Mendelson, where she counseled employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters.
Brack represents and advises employers on traditional labor issues and employment litigation. She regularly counsels employers in a broad range of single-plaintiff and class action litigation as well as agency proceedings involving issues including wage and hour, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
Following graduation from law school, Brack clerked at the Utah Court Supreme Court and, before that, the Utah Court of Appeals.
