Greenberg Traurig Presents Credit Facilities: Key Issues For Borrowers

(PRWEB) November 29, 2016 -- Greenberg Traurig, LLP, in coordination with the Association of Corporate Counsel’s San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, will be presenting a lunch CLE program “Credit Facilities: Key Issues for Borrowers” in San Francisco Nov. 30, and at their Silicon Valley office Dec. 1.
Both panels will take place 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on their respective dates. Greenberg Traurig shareholders Todd E. Bowen, Richard Kim, and R. Bruce Steinert, Jr. will be the presenters.
The panel will discuss principal areas of focus for in-house counsel with respect to negotiating and managing compliance with bank credit facilities, including financial compliance and reporting, notice requirements, covenants, prepayment requirements, and special steps to consider with respect to acquisitions, dispositions, adding, or reorganizing subsidiaries and similar matters.
Bowen focuses his practice on corporate financing and related matters, with an emphasis on leveraged buyout debt financing, dividend recap financing, and cross-border financing. His clients include private equity sponsors, leveraged buyout funds, and debt investment funds, as well as other issuers of U.S. and international debt and equity securities.
Kim focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors, public and private borrowers, lead arrangers, and lenders in connection with syndicated and bilateral loan financings, including senior secured financings, first lien and second lien financings, unsecured financings, investment grade financings, acquisition financings, and bridge financings.
Steinert has experience representing clients on general corporate and securities matters, including commercial transactions, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. His clients include private equity sponsors and debt investment funds, as well as publicly traded and privately held venture, founder and private equity sponsor companies in retail, software, internet, media, entertainment, real estate, transportation, apparel, health care, manufacturing, agriculture, chemicals, medical supply, pharmaceuticals, and other industries.
