Greenberg Traurig's Adam M. Foslid Appointed as Trustee of Miami Music Association, Board of Trustees for Cleveland Orchestra Miami
MIAMI (PRWEB) October 29, 2013 -- Adam M. Foslid, a Shareholder with the Litigation Practice Group of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, has been appointed as a Trustee of the Miami Music Association, the Board of Trustees for Cleveland Orchestra Miami. In this role, Foslid will work to build support for Cleveland Orchestra Miami to help ensure that the Miami Music Association succeeds in creating a culture of passionate, dedicated concert-going among the broadest constituency in Miami.

The orchestra is co-presented by MMA and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County. On January 24, 2014, the orchestra will begin its eighth season of programs in Miami.

He has significant experience representing clients in a wide array of disputes involving commercial transactions, breaches of contract, business torts, fraud, deceptive and unfair trade practices, fiduciary relationships, banking, insurance, partnerships, real estate transactions, construction defects, corporate governance, products liability, and claims of personal injury and wrongful death.
In addition to his work with the Miami Music Association, Foslid also serves on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami and on the board of advisors of The George Washington University Law School.
Foslid received a master of laws (LL.M.) degree in litigation and dispute resolution and a law degree, both with highest honors, from The George Washington University Law School. He received a bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Florida.
