Greenberg Traurig’s Daniel M. Rabinovitz to Lead NITA’s Building Trial Skills Program in Boston

Rabinovitz, a White Collar Criminal Defense and Securities Litigation shareholder in Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Boston office, will lead the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s (NITA) Building Trial Skills Program, Dec. 6 - 11, 2015, at the Omni Boston Parker House and John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse in Boston.
Rabinovitz will lead NITA's "learning-by-doing" program, where young lawyers from across the country perfect their trial advocacy skills by performing direct and cross examinations, expert witness examinations, and opening and closing arguments. Participants are critiqued by seasoned faculty members, consisting of attorneys and judges with decades of trial experience. The program culminates in mock jury trials held at the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse.
Rabinovitz has tried numerous cases and has taught trial advocacy to young lawyers for more than 15 years for the NITA. He also has more than 15 years of experience handling a wide variety of civil and criminal matters for corporations and individuals. Prior to that, he spent seven years prosecuting violent crime with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Chicago, Illinois. At Greenberg Traurig, his practice focuses on white collar defense, securities litigation, and complex business litigation. Rabinovitz regularly represents corporations and individuals before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and numerous state securities regulatory agencies. His practice also includes the defense of criminal matters brought in state courts.
