Greenberg Traurig’s Jennifer Gray to Speak at ACI’s Consumer Finance Class Actions & Litigation Conference
CHICAGO (PRWEB) July 21, 2016 -- Greenberg Traurig’s Jennifer Gray, shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice, will be speaking this week at ACI’s National Conference on Consumer Finance Class Actions & Litigation. The two-day conference will be held at the Omni Hotel in Chicago from July 28-29.
The 26th annual conference highlights strategies for in-house and outside counsel on navigating class actions, litigation, and government enforcement actions and examinations in the consumer finance industry.
Gray will be speaking on the panel, “Exploring Alternative Avenues to Moot a Class Action in the Wake of Campbell-Ewald, Evaluating the Impact of Tyson Foods, Assessing the Status of Spokeo, and Adapting Your Consumer Finance Class Action and Litigation Strategies in Anticipation of Forthcoming Supreme Court Decisions.”
Recently elevated to co-chair of the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice, Gray is a frequent panelist and speaker, presenting on many topics regarding financial institutions in complex civil litigation. Earlier this year, she spoke at ACI’s Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Conference in Washington, D.C.
Gray has a wide breadth of experience in consumer and unfair competition class action litigation and regulatory investigations, in addition to both commercial and banking litigation. She is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Litigation Task Force.
