From 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., Prochnow will be speaking at the session “Labeling & Claims for Tea Products-Insight from the Field,” on Thursday, June 15th. This session will focus on the new revisions to the labeling regulations and the parameters for making permissible claims including nutrient content claims, targeted claims, and the substantiation of such claims.
