Greenberg Traurig’s Peter N. Hall to Speak at ACI’s 23rd National EPLI Conference
NEW YORK, N.Y. (PRWEB) July 28, 2015 -- Peter N. Hall, of counsel in the Atlanta office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at this year’s American Conference Institute’s Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) National Conference, a distinguished forum that continues to provide insight into the ever-changing EPLI market with enhanced industry perspectives.
Hall will participate on the panel entitled, "Retaliation and Whistleblowing Claims.” This will be an update on, “underwriting coverage, managing risks through employment policies, reporting processes for employee complaints and internal investigations, litigating retaliation lawsuits, and reporting safety violations to the NLRB and OSHA.”
Hall focuses his practice on labor and employment law, with an emphasis on litigation matters. He counsels both large and small employers on a variety of labor and employment issues, including avoidance of discrimination and retaliation claims, compliance with disability and medical leave requirements, wage and hour issues, employee termination, restrictive covenants, union avoidance, and elections and records retention. Hall has counseled and defended employers before state administrative agencies as well as before federal agencies, including the EEOC and the DOL. He frequently drafts employment, restrictive covenant and separation agreements, and has experience drafting and reviewing multistate and multinational employee handbooks.
