Groth Family Insurance Announces Charity Drive to Benefit Local Mother Critically Injured in Automobile Accident
Pasco, WA (PRWEB) December 09, 2016 -- Groth Family Insurance, a Washington-based firm offering insurance and financial planning assistance from offices in Pasco and Richland, is initiating a charity drive to support the family of Cindy Hendrickson, a local mother struggling to overcome serious injuries resulting from a recent automobile collision.
On October 29th of this year, Cindy Hendrickson swerved to avoid an oncoming truck and veered off a 200 foot embankment. Cindy was trapped in her destroyed SUV from 8pm Saturday night until 11am the following morning. She was rushed to Kadlec Hospital in Richland where she continues to receive treatment for hypothermia due to exposure, five fractured vertebrae and two broken ribs from the impact, and rhabdomyolysis from being trapped in her vehicle for an extended period of time.
“Our hearts and prayers are with the Hendrickson family, and this charity drive will help raise funds for medical expenses so that Cindy can get back on her feet and rejoin her family as soon as possible,” says Duane Groth, owner and acting director of Groth Family Insurance.
Groth and his team have already started publicizing the charity event by creating an online social media forum and launching an email bulletin system to share information with supporters throughout the Tri-Cities region.
