Ground Breaking Technology Now Available For The Agricultural Industry
ELDORA, IOWA (PRWEB) December 18, 2015 -- USM WearTech announces the new CADEN Edge welding technology is now available on plow sweeps and ripper points. CADEN Edge is a patented welding process that enables sweeps and points to last 3 to 5 times longer than standard equipment.

For over the past 23 years, USM WearTech has designed, built and refined their own automated equipment to apply the patented Tungsten Carbide weld to industrial and environmental products. The unique and proprietary CADEN Edge process (Carbide Applied Designed Edge Network), allows USM to place into the base metal Tungsten Carbide chips from the surface to the root of the weld creating a depth penetration almost impossible to produce by hand.
USM uses a welding process that allows for the chips to be buried in a weldment network which absorbs most of the shock and keeps the Tungsten Carbide from chipping or shattering thus providing assured results of up to 5 times the normal wear life of the product. It was reported that some farmers ran all last season without having to change sweeps.
