Groupe Maskatel Selects Axiros for Remote Provisioning and Device Management
New York, NY (PRWEB) December 09, 2013 -- Groupe Maskatel, a Canadian telecommunications service provider, announced today that it has selected Axiros’ AXESS.ACS for the remote provisioning, monitoring and management of its customer premise equipment (CPE) across Maskatel’s high-speed data service. Groupe Maskatel is a regional provider located outside Montreal, delivering residential and commercial voice, video and data services in Saint-Hyacinthe, Drummondville, St. Rosalie and Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil, Quebec.
The company chose Axiros specifically for its ability to support and enhance the customer experience, notably around the implementation of use cases such as zero-touch activation and Wi-Fi password reset. Remote management is key to customer satisfaction as it enables the early detection and resolution of problems – often before end users are impacted – while delivering a high degree of automation for Triple Play services.
