- Frequent assessment by the nursing staff helps to ensure the health and safety of individuals receiving detoxification services.
- In general, client records were well-organized and contained requisite licensure information. Psychosocial assessment clinical summaries were particularly thorough.
- Clients/Guests interviewed expressed satisfaction with the program and service provision. Satisfaction with services was also validated by data collected via Client Exit Surveys.
- Reportedly, the success rate after one (1) year of discharge was over 80% for those individuals reporting.
