Gyploy Strives for a $250,000 Chase Grant for Company Growth
Newport News, Virginia (PRWEB) October 24, 2013 -- Gyploy, an online retailer that specializes in providing consumers with environmental, eco-friendly and everyday reusable products, is in the preliminary stage of Chase Mission Main Street Grant Program. Chase will award a total of $3 million to 12 small businesses in the amount of $250,000 each.
In order to become a finalist in the program, Gyploy needs to receive at least 250 votes by November 15, 2013. The public can show their support for Gyploy by voting online using Facebook Connect.
Gyploy was launched in 2010 and sales have improved every year. The upward swing is attributed to how Gyploy customers and society, in general, are becoming more environmentally friendly.
Currently Gyploy has 27 Eco-Friendly Categories to choose from:
- All Natural Products: Deodorant, Woman’s Care, Men’s Care, Hair Care, Facial Care, Skin Care, Oral Care

- Organic Pet Supplies: Dog Food, Cat Food, Pet Care, Pet Treats
Gyploy has struggled with the recognition it seeks in order to compete online. The grant from Chase will definitely help Gyploy develop the branding needed in becoming relevant in the retail industry. “The funding from Chase will give Gyploy an extraordinary opportunity to develop branding needed for us to continue in doing our part in creating a more eco-friendly, greener world,” said James Tucker, Owner of Gyploy.
This grant program is a great opportunity for small businesses individuals to grow their business. The 12 grant recipients will each receive a $250,000 grant from chase. In addition, they each get a trip to Google for an exclusive Google expert hosted workshop for small businesses and a Google Chromebook Pixel laptop.
