H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute Selects Mariana Bugallo-Muros as Chief Human Resources Officer

Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute (Moffitt) in Tampa, Florida, following a national search. Bugallo-Muros is expected to start in early June, succeeding Joanne Olson, who retired in March.
According to a press announcement released by Moffitt, “Mariana Bugallo-Muros comes to Moffitt from Partners HealthCare in Boston, Massachusetts, where she served 18 years in Corporate Human Resources leadership positions, most recently as Vice President. Partners includes the Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham & Women’s Hospital and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Bugallo-Muros’s experience in a $7 billion academic integrated delivery system with over 60,000 employees, where she drove efforts to bind the organization’s culture and raise its performance, as well as leading innovative talent acquisition initiatives , will add great value to Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute.”
Bugallo-Muros holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master of Science degree in Management.
