HA&W Reelects Richard Kopelman as Managing Partner
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) February 17, 2016 -- Richard Kopelman, CPA, CGMA, has been unanimously reelected by the partners of HA&W, LLP for a second three-year term as the firm’s Managing Partner. He also serves as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer.
Since 2013, when his tenure as Managing Partner began, Kopelman has guided the nationally-recognized tax, audit and business advisory firm to revenue growth of nearly 25 percent. With a focus on entrepreneurship within the organization, HA&W has launched a number of new service offerings and practice areas, including outsourced client accounting services and the ComplianceSuccess® Program, a service that provides CPA attestation to title and settlement professionals to adhere with CFPB compliance requirements.

Richard is a trusted business advisor who works with clients to uncover opportunities for efficiencies and improved financial performance. He has special expertise in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, transaction processing, service providers and insurance agencies. In his former role as partner-in-charge of HA&W’s Manufacturing & Distribution group, he oversaw revenue growth of 800 percent.
In addition, Kopelman is the Founder & Chairman of Next Generation Manufacturing, a business forum for manufacturers to exchange best practices relating to innovation, people and processes. He maintains numerous other professional affiliations, and is past President of Manufacturing CPAs.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
