Hair and Beauty Professionals Using Vagaro Spa and Salon Software Can Now View Appointment Histories
Livermore, CA (PRWEB) June 27, 2014 -- The calendar is one of the most important components of the Vagaro Spa and Salon Software, allowing the Vagaro’s professionals to view and make changes to their appointments and look up customers, any appointment notes, and more. Professionals can now use their calendar across multiple platforms, including the desktop version when using a browser and the Vagaro Pro App on their phones or tablets.
Vagaro has allowed many flexible options for tweaking appointments, such as changing the status accordingly (confirmed, no show, etc.), duration times, moving appointments to different hours or a different day, and adding notes about the appointment or customer. It keeps the stylist and beauty provider updated and in full control of their schedules, and these options are especially helpful for the independent contractor or booth renter, eliminating the need to confirm and reconfirmed changes made to an appointment with the front desk.
However, for larger salons or spas with multiple employees, things can get confusing with multiple logins or admin users making changes to appointments. Service providers or salon owners might also need to check changes made to past appointments. Vagaro has begun tracking any changes made to an appointment and are added to the Appointment History, which is available on the Edit Appointment popup from the calendar, the Customer Management appointment tab, and the No Show & Cancellation Reports.
Any changes to the appointment will show who made the change and when, as well as on what device (browser, phone) and software platform (online, facebook). Appointment histories at this point only last for about 15 days but is a good resource for extra information and for service providers to reference back if necessary. Any reminders, confirmation emails and text notifications are also available and can even be previewed.
