Half Dozen Fork Union Military Academy Alumni Hope to be Picked in 2016 NFL Draft
Fork Union, Virginia (PRWEB) April 28, 2016 -- This weekend's 2016 NFL Draft that begins Thursday night, April 28, 2016, is once again "must see TV" for fans of Fork Union Military Academy. At least half a dozen former cadets are hoping to be selected by an NFL football team during this year's draft. The top six Fork Union names to watch for include:
Christian Hackenberg, quarterback, Penn State
Says his former coach, Micky Sullivan, "Christian is not only an outstanding player, but, perhaps more imprtantly, he is a fine young man. Cardale Jones, quarterback, Ohio State
Coach John Shuman says, "Cardale Jones is a super star in the making. A big, explosive player who can withstand the NFL hits, Jones has great arm strength and big-time velocity, but needs more mental work."
Michael Thomas, wide receiver, Ohio State
"Michael Thomas was a great FUMA player who had an outstanding college career. Thomas will be an early pick because of his size and work in the red zone.
