Hamilton Point Investments Recruits Industry Veteran Todd F. Williams, Esq. as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing-West Coast
Old Lyme, CT (PRWEB) December 03, 2015 -- Hamilton Point Investments LLC (“HPI”) is pleased to announce that it has hired Todd F. Williams, Esq. of Carlsbad, CA to serve as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for its expanding multi-family investment product platform. Mr. Williams will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing of HPI’s real estate funds and DST offerings in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, New Mexico and Arizona. Mr. Williams is an attorney, a licensed real estate broker and FINRA licensed with a Series 7, 22, 39 and 63.

Mr. Williams previously served as the Regional Director of Sales for Terra Capital Partners, where for the last 4.5 years he oversaw the sales and marketing efforts on the west coast for their non-traded BDC and Reg. D offerings. Mr. Williams has also served as the VP of Sales and Marketing for WNC & Associates, a sponsor of LIHTC tax credit programs and as the Chief Marketing Officer and Director of TIC Products for Argus Realty Investors, LP.
