Elite Pacific Properties, currently the fourth highest volume brokerage in Hawaii, has 2 offices on Oahu, 2 offices on Maui, 3 offices on the Big Island, and an office in Princeville, Kauai. Upon the completion of the merger, the company will add a second office on Kauai, taking over the existing Kauai Heritage Properties office in Koloa, to serve the Kauai South Shore real estate market.
