Topsfield, MA (PRWEB) July 24, 2015 -- On July 16, 2015, a proposed rule was published by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) announcing a seismic overhaul of the long-term care regulations that skilled nursing facilities will need to meet to participate in the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
