Harth Builders Honored with Eighth Consecutive GuildQuality Guildmaster Award
Spring House, PA (PRWEB) June 21, 2014 -- Harth Builders is proud to announce that they have once again been honored with the esteemed Guildmaster Award by GuildQuality, Inc., the leading independent customer satisfaction surveying firm for the remodeling industry. This marks the eighth consecutive Guildmaster Award they have received from GuildQuality. Harth Builders earned their first Guildmaster in 2007.
Each year, GuildQuality bestows the Guildmaster Award upon a handful of its members for achieving exemplary quality and customer service ratings. The awards celebrate exemplary service among home builders, remodelers, developers, property managers, home services contractors, and real estate professionals. Award winners differ in their types of work and price ranges, but all have a lengthy track record of exceptional customer feedback.
In granting awards, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend, and the percentage of customers who responded. To earn the Guildmaster title, award recipients must achieve a recommendation rate of greater than 90% from their clients who were surveyed. In fact, of 276 Harth Builders customers who received surveys, 220 completed their survey and shared overwhelmingly positive feedback on the quality of Harth’s work.
