HASH Private Messenger Now Available in the AppStore
Miami, Florida (PRWEB) October 17, 2013 -- HASH Private Messenger allows people to communicate privately through messages that are both untraceable and screenshot-proof. It’s targeted specifically to politicians and businessmen; however, the general public will find it useful as well. The purpose of HASH is to bring to mobile the confidence and security that people feel when they have a private conversation in person. On the first day of launch HASH had over 5,000 downloads and the trend has continued ever since.
“The idea for HASH came about when we were building the digital strategy for a presidential campaign in Panama," CEO and Founder Mayer Mizrach said. "One day the man who was running for mayor in the same party had a very confidential conversation about a coalition over a popular messaging app with a friend of his. The friendship broke out, and this former friend emails that conversation to the press, which resulted in the candidate dropping out of the race for mayor. That is when we recognized that there was a need for a communication tool that allowed users to communicate privately with the peace of mind that no one else would find out.”
HASH is beautifully designed with simple and minimalist user interface that provides the best messaging experience out there. It allows users to send texts of up to 120 characters in length as well as photos. Once a message is opened, the user has 7 seconds to read it before it self-destructs from the phone and the servers. This ensures political candidates that their conversations won’t be emailed to the press.
One of the most differentiating features about HASH is that messages are screenshot-proof. It does this by never showing the name of the sender in the same screen as the message. This means that even if someone takes a screenshot of the message, there is still no way to know who sent it. Another key feature is that it is untraceable in the backend. HASH masks users' identities and separates messages from the user ID's in order to confuse prying eyes. This makes it virtually impossible to relate any given message with a user.
“Think about this: for every message that you’ve sent in your life, there’s at least one copy of it in someone else’s phone," Mizrachi said. "With HASH this is no longer true. Now, you are in control of the things you say.”
HASH is available on iOS for free worldwide via the Apple AppStore. HASH for Android is in Beta testing and it’s scheduled to be released soon in the Google Play Store. Simultaneously the company is developing an enterprise solution for corporations and governments that want to have their own private internal communication system.
