Seattle, WA (PRWEB) May 19, 2014 -- HasOffers, the leader in online attribution analytics and creator of MobileAppTracking, which provides analytics for more than half of the top grossing apps in the iTunes store and is integrated with more than 450 major ad networks and publishers, announced the opening of its first east coast office—at the heart of the world’s media and advertising community—in New York City. NYC is the sixth office for HasOffers, adding to locations in Seattle, San Francisco, London, Tel Aviv and Seoul. An invite-only gathering to celebrate the office opening will be held this evening, hosted by Accel Partners, HasOffers’ lead investor.
HasOffers’ Chief Revenue Officer, Ralf Hirt, is based in NYC and Joe Hunt, Business Development Manager, Brands & Agencies, MobileAppTracking, has relocated from San Francisco and along with his team will lead the office’s business development efforts.
Also announced today is the hiring of Lane Buschel in the newly created position of Head of Communications, reporting directly to CEO Peter Hamilton. Buschel was most recently Glam Media’s VP, Communications, and will be based in NYC.
HasOffers and its MobileAppTracking (MAT) product have experienced tremendous growth this year. The company has more than 180 employees worldwide, up from just 60 last year. HasOffers closed 2013 with $19M in revenue--up almost 300% from 2012--and continues on the same growth path for 2014. The MAT product has seen especially rapid adoption over the last year, with clients such as Sephora, Hipmunk, JackThreads and more joining the platform to help measure the performance of their mobile app advertising campaigns.
Today, MobileAppTracking:
- Serves half of the top grossing apps in the iTunes store.
- Has 37% of its US customers based in the Northeast, the majority of which are in NYC.
- Currently has customers throughout 37 countries worldwide.
“I love New York and have been enamored with the city for as long as I can remember, but opening an office here is more than sentimental,” said Peter Hamilton, CEO. “New York is the city of advertising. From the Time Square logos in lights to the biggest avenues for shopping and retail on the planet, it is a place where many of the most impactful advertising campaigns are born. Mobile devices have changed the work day, travel, habits, and shopping of New Yorkers, and agencies and advertisers are quickly adapting to connect to consumers like never before. I believe we’ve got the right team and technology to help them get there.”
“Being closer to NYC’s burgeoning culture of mobile first and digital entrepreneurship, together with its established role as a world hub for media, advertising, and finance will be an important anchor to our strategy moving forward,” added Ralf Hirt, Chief Revenue Officer.
