Hauppauge Fit Body Boot Camp Celebrates Grand Opening of New Fitness Boot Camp with Fun-Filled Benefit for Autism Speaks
(PRWEB) June 20, 2014 -- Ahmed and Kathleen Tafti, owners of the popular Huntington Fit Body Boot Camp, are excited about their expansion and grand opening of their new Hauppauge Fit Body Boot Camp location. They’re inviting everyone in the community, young and old, to help them celebrate in style with an event to benefit the non-profit group Autism Speaks.
The event will take place this Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the Hauppauge Fit Body Boot Camp, at 956 Wheeler Rd (RT 111) in the 900 Atrium Plaza. The Grand Opening celebration will run from 7:00am to 2:00pm and has something fun for everyone.
“We are real excited to expand our fit body family into Hauppauge and be a part of changes lives,” claims Kathleen. “Not only is great for our community but being able to support Autism Speaks helps us reach more than those just in our community.”
There will be live music from a local DJ, a spinning wheel with lots of great prizes and a number of other fun activities. Parents are encouraged to bring the kids, where they can have their faces painted and enjoy the music while the adults participate in exhilarating (and effective) boot camp workout sessions.
Most importantly, the Grand Opening will be raising funds to help Autism Speaks. This cause is a special one to the Taftis and one that they welcome any opportunity to help. The fitness boot camp has its own New York City Marathon team this year which will be running to benefit the organization. At the Grand Opening, baskets filled with great prizes and gifts will be raffled off, with all of the proceeds going to Autism Speaks.
Those attending will have opportunities to participate in several fun but intense boot camp sessions, which are designed to burn fat and build muscle with very short workouts.
The boot camp method appeals to people who have very busy schedules and little time to invest in working out, but still want to see dramatic changes in their health and bodies. The short duration of the workouts and a schedule that includes evenings and early mornings make fitness accessible to even the busiest of members.
