Hawkes Ocean Technologies Announces Name Change to DeepFlight
Pt. RIchmond, CA (PRWEB) March 11, 2014 -- Hawkes Ocean Technologies announced today that it is now operating under the trade name, DeepFlight. DeepFlight will focus on its flagship technology, the DeepFlight Hydrobatic Craft. The Company is delivering two craft in 2014 and is currently taking pre-orders for its newest models.
DeepFlight Hydrobatic Craft are unique in design and capability. Hydrobatic Craft is a new category of underwater recreational vehicle that enables users to experience the ocean in three dimensions by diving, gliding and flying through the water. Led by industry pioneer, Graham Hawkes, DeepFlight engineers have spent the last two decades perfecting the Craft through five generations, and by applying the same principles used in flight through air, have introduced the new capability of underwater flight. Underwater flight offers the range and speed necessary to truly explore the underwater wilderness, while keeping pace with whales, dolphins, and the other great creatures of the sea.

At the Dubai International Boat Show in March, DeepFlight announced the Super Falcon Mark II, the next generation 2-seat Hydrobatic Craft designed for ease of use for the recreational and tourism markets. Owners of DeepFlight craft include Sir Richard Branson; venture capitalist, Tom Perkins; the late adventurer, Steve Fossett; and the co-founder of Red Bull, Dietrich Mateschitz.
