Healthcare Experience Design Workshop at Delight 2013 Features Mayo Clinic, OHSU and Zoomcare
Portland, OR (PRWEB) September 05, 2013 -- Delight 2013, a two-day customer experience conference in Portland, Oregon, October 7-8, 2013, has announced a new full-day healthcare experience design workshop featuring speakers from the Mayo Clinic, Zoomcare, and OHSU.
The full day workshop explores how patient-centered thinking can enable better experiences and outcomes. Facilitated by ISITE Design Experience Design Strategist Guy Bourgault, the session brings together leaders on the front lines of the changing healthcare landscape. The featured speakers include:
• Dave Sanders, MD – The Co-founder and CEO of Zoomcare, Dave is revolutionizing the delivery of state-of-the-art healthcare to improve experiences for patients.
• Linn Goldberg, MD – Linn is the Professor of Medicine at OHSU and recipient of the “Lifetime Achievement Award” - President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Nutrition. His work has helped OHSU leverage technology to engage teams and improve outcomes.
• James Oliver Senior – As the Experience Design Lead at the Mayo Clinic’s Global Business unit, James has brought a mobile-centered vision to drive product innovation.
The full conference pass provides access to the workshop in addition to the second day Main Event featuring keynotes and case studies from beloved brands including Zipcar, Nike, Intuit and Disney. Delight 2013 is part of Design Week Portland, which organizes more than 50 design focused events around the city.
