Healthcare Value Network Welcomes New Members
Appleton, Wisconsin (PRWEB) August 06, 2015 -- The Healthcare Value Network (HVN) welcomes three new members to its peer-to-peer learning community: Scripps Health, San Francisco General Hospital, and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance. All three are California-based providers.
The new members join healthcare leaders from more than 50 other systems across North America who share a commitment to providing high-quality, cost-effective care through the application of lean concepts.

HVN director Mike Stoecklein talked about the benefits of the network’s continued expansion. “As we grow, it creates more opportunities to learn and share from other organizations. Healthcare is rapidly evolving, and while attending conferences and seminars will help keep up to date, sharing how those changes helped your organization is essential to the process of providing improved value and care for patients,” he said.
Established in 2009, the network was founded by the ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value and the Lean Enterprise Institute. It is now an integral part of the Center and its healthcare mission.
