HEALTHCAREfirst and Deyta Analytics Announce 2015 HHCAHPS Honors Recipients
Springfield, Mo (PRWEB) November 06, 2015 -- Deyta Analytics, a division of HEALTHCAREfirst, and an industry leader in data-driven management for the home health and hospice industries, unveiled the official list of 2015 HHCAHPS Honors recipients last week at the National Association for Home Care (NAHC) Annual Meeting Welcome Reception in Nashville, TN. Established by Deyta Analytics, this prestigious annual honor recognizes home health agencies that continuously provide quality care as measured from the patient’s point of view through the Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers Survey (HHCAHPS). HHCAHPS Honors acknowledges the highest performing agencies by first analyzing performance on survey question 25 – Willingness to Recommend as a qualifier and then analyzing performance on 18 other survey questions that comprise the measures publicly reported on Home Health Compare over a twelve-month period.
Deyta Analytics used the HHCAHPS survey results from partnering home health agencies contained in its HHCAHPS database with an evaluation period of April 2014 to March 2015 and compared them on a question-by-question basis to the Deyta Analytics National Average. Of the agencies who qualified for the award, only those who met performance criteria on the other 18 questions and scored above the Deyta Analytics National Average on the evaluated questions were recognized with honors. “We are very excited to present this prestigious award to hard-working Home Health agencies across the country. We are honored to partner with these agencies as they strive to achieve excellence in patient experience of care,” said Bobby Robertson, President and CEO, HEALTHCAREfirst.
Qualifications for eligibility included those home health agencies that were compliant and partnered with Deyta Analytics for the evaluation period. For more information about how to become an HHCAHPS Honors recipient, agencies may contact Deyta Analytics at [email protected] or 888.897.1937 x151.
