HealthMEDX and Greystone Healthcare Announce EMR & Interoperability Partnership
Ozark, MO (PRWEB) September 18, 2013 -- Greystone Healthcare Management has selected HealthMEDX as their complete health information technology solution. Greystone will implement the Vision solution for their EMR, financial and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. In addition, Greystone will implement the Exchange Platform to enable health system connectivity and the iCare physician Care Coordination platform to automate smooth, effective care transitions. Driving this decision is Greystone’s commitment to providing advanced technology to seamlessly manage patient care throughout their transitional care and LTPAC facilities.
Greystone will utilize the Vision solution to establish a single electronic record and care plan for each patient. In addition to automating clinical processes to drive quality, Vision's CRM module will enable Greystone to strengthen relationships with hospital partners and to transition patients into the appropriate post-acute care facility as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
