Healthpac Computer Systems Expands Partnerships with Orbograph for EOB Conversion and EFT Reassociation to ERAs
Savannah, GA (PRWEB) February 06, 2014 -- Orbograph, a premier supplier of recognition solutions for the U.S. check processing market as well as electronic/paper automation solutions in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), announced today that Healthpac Computer Systems, Inc. will offer Orbograph’s EOB data conversion services - via its innovative Healthcare Payment Automation Center (HPAC).
HPAC hosts the Orbograph P2Post™ EOB data lift service which is powered by Orbograph Opti-Lift™ technology. P2Post is comprised of a six-step multi-engine recognition technology tightly integrated with various quality control processes used to increase the accuracy of converting explanation of benefits (EOBs) into postable EDI 835 output. P2Post with Opti-Lift technology can achieve ten to fifteen times the efficiency levels of manual EOB posting.
In addition to EOB conversion, Healthpac clients can utilize the Orbograph E2Post solution to reassociate EFT’s (electronic funds transfers) to ERAs (electronic remittance advices). This saves significant balancing time in the reconciliation process of ACH payments received into the provider’s bank account.
