HealthSPORT Adds Hot Exercise Innovation- HOTWORX
Marrero, Louisiana (PRWEB) September 09, 2016 -- Susan Janssen was searching for a hot exercise option to offer at her health clubs in Northern California, when she stumbled upon HOTWORX at an international fitness convention in Florida. As the HealthSPORT owner, the executive decision to add a HOTWORX unit to her By the Bay location in Eureka, CA was a no-brainer and the results have only validated her decision.
HOTWORX, the first ever fusion of infrared heat and isometrics, is designed for a small group of three clients to experience a 30 minute workout session. The patent-pending infrared sauna unit is equipped with proprietary software that delivers virtually instructed exercise videos inside of the unit. Owners, like Janssen, appreciate HOTWORX’s ability to maximize revenue potential per square foot, by servicing 3 clients with appointments every 45 minutes, in the 63 square foot unit.
Another feature that makes HOTWORX so appealing to both owners and users is its video library that offers a variety of 30 minute workout routines, targeting a wider demographic of users with different fitness goals. There are currently 5 videos in the HOTWORX library- HOT ISO, HOT ZEN, HOT BUNS, HOT ROLL, and HOT YOGA- with 2 more videos added this fall- HOT PILATES and HOT WARRIOR. Shelby, a HealthSPORT member, told us, “What I liked most about HOTWORX is the heat and how it made my body feel more flexible.” Users have seen increased strength and flexibility, weight loss, healthier sleeping habits, improved skin conditions, reduced stress, and much more.
The By the Bay HealthSPORT location is a full service health club with a mission to always add new options for their members to accomplish their goals and teach new ways to take care of themselves. They feel this mission is being accomplished, as well as keeping their club positioned as the market leader, by now offering HOTWORX.
