Heartland Dental Holds Continuing Education Event at University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry
Effingham, IL (PRWEB) March 03, 2016 -- Heartland Dental, LLC, the largest dental support organization in the country, recently partnered with the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry to hold a Dr. Leadership workshop on campus, as well as meet with dental students.
“Education has always been a key element of Heartland Dental’s vision and mission. We seek to help supported dentists advance themselves by supporting programs such as the Dr. Leadership course and other offerings,” Dr. Rick Workman explained. “We are able to extend that vision even further when we partner with amazing dental schools such as the University of Oklahoma. These initiatives help us showcase what we do and why we do it to the next generation of dentists.”
The Dr. Leadership workshop took place on January 30th, 2016. This hands-on workshop helped Heartland Dental supported doctors in the region advance their clinical knowledge, learn “real world” protocols with state-of-the-art equipment and ultimately advance themselves as leaders. Dental students were also invited to attend and observe. In addition to the workshop, students had the opportunity to meet with the Heartland Dental recruiting team and clinical leaders to learn more about the advantages Heartland Dental’s support can offer.
“I would like to thank the University of Oklahoma for hosting our recruiters and leaders. It was a great opportunity for our team to not only educate Heartland Dental’s supported doctors in the area, but also communicate with some of the country’s brightest dental students,” added Dr. Rick Workman.
