Hegman Machinery Named Exclusive Tsugami Distributor in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Western Wisconsin.
Maple Grove, Minnesota (PRWEB) April 01, 2014 -- Rem Sales, LLC, the sole North American importer of Tsugami precision machine tools, announced today that, effective immediately, Hegman Machinery will replace Concept Machine Tool as the exclusive Tsugami distributor for the Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and western Wisconsin territories.
Rem Sales’ parent company, Morris Group, Inc., purchased Hegman Machinery in December, 2012.
“Although Concept Machine Tool has been a valued Tsugami distributor, this transition will allow us to operate more efficiently and optimize value to our customers,” Rem Sales Vice President Mike Mugno said. “This change aligns with our corporate policy of distributing Tsugami products from within our own companies.”
“We are working to ensure uninterrupted service and a seamless transition,” Mugno added.
Hegman Machinery President Jerry Rex said he’s excited to begin offering Tsugami products and services. Prior to joining Hegman Machinery, Rex served as president of Morris South, another Morris Group, Inc. company that supports Tsugami products.
