Henry Bush Plumbing Makes Energy-Efficient Upgrades Easy and Affordable

Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a registered contractor for the HERO program, a partnership between cities and counties and private companies to encourage and enable property owners to make their homes more energy-efficient.
HERO finances 100 percent of the cost to buy and install eligible products, including heating and air conditioning systems, solar panels, dual-pane windows, insulation and low-flow toilets. Loans feature low, fixed interest rates, with flexible payment terms ranging from five to 20 years of repayments through the individual’s property taxes. The application is simple, and credit scores are not an issue.
An energy efficiency retrofit can reduce a home’s energy consumption by as much as 60 percent, and qualified homes can receive more than $4,000 in rebates from Energy Upgrade California.
“Homeowners benefit by saving money on energy costs, qualifying for rebates, deducting interest from the loan on their property taxes and, when they sell the home, the loan can be passed along to the buyer,” said Chris Patterson, a home comfort consultant with Henry Bush. “The environment benefits as well through the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.”
Every energy-efficient upgrade performed by Henry Bush combines efficiency and comfort, so homeowners never have to sacrifice one for the other.
Systems are designed to deliver consistent temperatures year-round and to reduce the difference in upstairs and downstairs temperatures during the summer from 15 degrees to only about two degrees.
