Hernon Manufacturing Declares 2015 Las Vegas SHOT Show a Success
(PRWEB) February 17, 2015 -- Hernon Manufacturing, the innovator in adhesive and sealing technologies, attended the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) SHOT Show at the Sands Expo Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV at the end of January. Harry Arnon, President of Hernon Manufacturing declared the convention, “one of the best events we have attended.”

"During the show, our brands and products were continually recognized by some of the world’s leading ammunition manufacturers – as far away as Turkey, Europe, South American and here at home in the United States,” said Edgardo Rodriguez, Director of Sales and Marketing for Hernon Manufacturing. “New and existing customers were recognizing our products and equipment as being the best in external ammunition sealing. And, our customers are giving us rave reviews!”
What Was Hot
“One of our newest products, Liquid Buffer, generated a lot of interest during the SHOT Show. This product is used in shotgun shells to control the shot and keep a tight, repeatable pattern distribution,” said Rodriguez. “Since returning from the show, we have sent out numerous samples for customers for them to use and for them to compare to what they are currently using.”
Another product garnering its fair share of attention was another one of Hernon’s newer products, Shot Shell Crimp Sealants. Featuring faster sealing times and superior water resistance, customers were eager to try a sample.

Also, during the show, Hernon representatives had sit down meetings with more than 50 companies to discuss new opportunities with attendees; review current application challenges, and discuss how Hernon adhesives, sealants and/or equipment could help resolve them.

Several new pieces of dispensing and curing equipment were sold during the SHOT Show. New customer quotes were also generated, and some customers signed contracts to purchase dispensing and curing components to retrofit their current machines. The company also reported receiving contracts for multiple new orders of adhesives and sealants while meeting with customers.
