HGH Infrared Systems to announce the acquisition of Electro Optical Industries (EOI) at the SPIE Security + Defence Conferencem
Edinburgh Scotland (PRWEB) September 01, 2016 -- The upcoming International Society of Optics and Photonics (SPIE) Security + Defence show in Edinburgh marks the first participation of HGH Infrared Systems at the conference since the acquisition of Electro Optical Industries, the world pioneer of electro optical test equipment. This acquisition greatly enhances its worldwide presence and support capability for its customers. It also extends the product line and provides even more innovative, high performance infrared and visible solutions to accurately test and calibrate cameras and multi-spectral sensors for civil, industrial and defense applications.
Head of the Test and Metrology product line, Catherine Barrat, will present her findings on the improvement of the resolution of the spectral response measurement of IR CMOS Focal Plane Arrays by using a Fourier Transform Spectrometer. This new function is part of HGH’s complete and universal electro optical test bench, the BIRD 210 designed to accurately test IR detectors for a multitude of standards. As a global provider of innovative test and measurement equipment for over thirty years, HGH also provides a wide variety of reference visible to infrared sources to fit a multitude of applications.
HGH Infrared Systems will be at Booth # 306 from September 26th – 27th.
