Hicks and Fooshee Named on Prestigious List

To comprise the list of the “Best Mortgage Professionals,” D Magazine sends ballots to over 15,000 individuals including previous Best Real Estate Agent winners, D Magazine subscribers, mortgage and title companies, and recent home buyers. Real estate agents were asked to nominate up to three professionals with whom they have worked closely. D Magazine subscribers and recent home buyers were asked to evaluate one professional with whom they have worked, based on overall satisfaction and if they’d recommend the professional to a friend. Each nominee ranking high in the resulting data was then was then screen with the Texas Real Estate Commission, Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, and Texas Department of Insurance databases; this was to verify that certain that licenses were up to date and there had been no disciplinary action against them. Those featured on this list represent just less than 3 percent of the Dallas area mortgage professionals.
