High-Performing Recruiter Earns Internal Promotion at Lucas Group

With more than three years of healthcare recruiting experience, Silbert joined Lucas Group in 2013 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Human Resources division where he focused on sourcing leading HR candidates throughout the Northeast. Since that time, he has consistently made successful, strategic matches while earning three promotions as well as President’s Club every year for which he has been eligible.
As the new Branch Practice Manager for the New York HR branch, Silbert is tasked with managing a growing team of recruiters while also running a full desk. Working with leading companies throughout the New York area, he and his team place HR professionals in a wide range of positions from Manager-level to the C-suite. Silbert holds a BA in Communications and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
