Higher Logic Announces Keynotes, Agenda for 8th Annual Higher Logic Super Forum
Washington, DC (PRWEB) October 05, 2017 -- Higher Logic today announced the keynote addresses and complete agenda for the 8th annual Higher Logic Super Forum, a national conference of the Higher Logic User Group (HUG), taking place October 15-17, 2017, at the Renaissance Capital View Hotel in Arlington, Va. Keynote speakers for the event include Jonah Berger, marketing professor at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and Brad Klingenberg, vice president of Data Science at Stitch Fix, one of the hottest Silicon Valley companies using data science to predict wardrobe wants and needs. This year’s theme, “Engage - Turbo Boost” reflects the need to combine science and social strategies to increase interactions. Speakers will address this theme, as well as best practices for Online Communities.
“I have never been this excited about a Super Forum,” said Rob Wenger, Higher Logic CEO. “Enterprises are now joining associations and nonprofits in recognizing that customer communities sit at the heart of their organizations, creating a customer-culture that deepens engagement, strengthens relationships, inspires greater loyalty and ultimately leads to increased revenue. With Jonah and Brad joining our roster of great speakers, Super Forum is the perfect platform for showcasing how science and social strategies are driving this major shift in focus and leading to amazing results for customers.”
