Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) June 09, 2016 -- Higher Logic is attending and participating in next week’s Marketing, Membership and Communications (MM&C) Conference, hosted by The American Society for Association Executives (ASAE) at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

The event from June 13-14 will bring together hundreds of association executives to collaborate and utilize the latest trends and technologies in the membership and marketing space.

Heather McNair, Higher Logic’s VP of Client Engagement, will lead a session alongside Erik Schonher, VP of Marketing General, Inc., on Monday, June 13 at 4p.m, in Room 152 AB. The session, “Effective Strategies to Improve Engagement, Satisfaction and Retention,” will highlight trends in engagement strategy, including:

  • Applying automation to member outreach and onboarding
  • Tracking member activity and leveraging data analysis with online communities
  • Enacting the right engagement plan for improved retention

Higher Logic will also be in the exhibitor’s hall at Booth #606 for exclusive product demos and an orange Apple Watch giveaway for attendees.
