Hill, Kertscher & Wharton, LLP Files Lawsuit Against Hendrickson USA L.L.C. on Behalf of Client, Trans Technologies Company
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) June 17, 2016 -- Trans Technologies Company (“TransTech”), a small, Cartersville, Georgia company, which owns innovative technology regarding the automatic inflation and deflation of 18-wheeler tires, has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against international trucking conglomerate Hendrickson USA L.L.C. and other entities alleging patent infringement and false advertising. (Trans Technologies Company v. Hendrickson USA L.L.C. et al., 1:16-cv-01778-AT)
The lawsuit alleges that after TransTech released its patented system for inflating and deflating truck tires, Hendrickson released a competing system and also claimed publicly that it was the first and only system of this nature. (Complaint, Page 6) The patent at issue is U.S. Patent No. 7,669,465.
