HindSite’s Owner and Founder to Attend MNLA’s Annual Snow and Ice Summit
St. Paul, MN (PRWEB) July 31, 2013 -- David Crary, HindSite Software’s owner and founder, will be attending the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association’s (MNLA) 4th Annual Snow and Ice Summit for the first time this August. The summit will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. August 8th at Hope College located in Holland, MI.
The Annual Snow and Ice Summit is a one day event full of educational seminars and networking opportunities for Michigan’s snow industry members. Crary will be speaking during the “Lunch ‘N Learn” portion of the trade show. Exhibitors will be speaking briefly to the entire trade show and then focus on one on one conversations during the lunch hour.
“While we have been providing snow and ice management software for a number of years, these events are always a great learning experience. Having the chance to speak one on one with MNLA members allows us to better understand the needs and wants of industry professionals. Plus, it’s always a good time comparing who got the most snow over the past year and what everyone is predicting for the upcoming winter months.”
HindSite recently released significant updates to their snow removal software solution. The solution now features:
• Better contract management features that make it easier to bill, manage and renew snow removal contracts
• Tools that help snow professionals route their crews and trucks more efficiently
• A complete electronic paper trail that protects businesses from frivolous lawsuits
• And more features that improve communication from the office to the field and to customers
“I am very excited to share with snow industry professionals exactly what our software can do for them, and to get their input on what they want out of a field service solution,” explains Crary.
The software company also recently released the results of their Snow Industry Benchmark Report, which Crary will be delivering to those who attend the show. The report provides insight into what snow professionals feel the future holds for their business, from marketing, to pricing, and thoughts on new equipment. It also contains words of advice from professionals on what to do if you are just starting out or how to keep your business growing if you have reached a plateau.
