HindSite Software Announces Integration with Wolf Creek Company
ST. PAUL, Minn. As the name implies, the integration enables contractors to electronically order parts and supplies through Wolf Creek from within the HindSite Solution.
Ordering parts without a software solution can be a time-consuming process. First, contractors have to track the parts they’re using in the field, which is generally written on a piece of paper. Then, an employee has to transpose what’s written to determine what’s been used - and what they need to order. Then, they place a call or send a fax over to their distributor. Finally, they send someone to pick up the order.
HindSite’s ePlenish solution replaces that cumbersome, paper process with a wholly electronic, time-saving one. First, contractors set part reorder points for each of their trucks. Then, parts usage is tracked electronically using HindSite’s mobile field service software, which supports both iOS and Android devices. Then, office personnel simply run a report and click a button to submit the order to Wolf Creek, who delivers the parts to the contractor.
