(PRWEB) June 03, 2014 -- For as little as $195 initially and $29.50 per month, companies can get HIPAA compliant, stay compliant, and prove compliance with the Compliance Meter®.

Unlike compliance manuals from other suppliers, HIPAAssure™ is an interactive, web-based system that provides templates of policies, procedures and forms and an easy process for editing and tracking them.

The HIPAAssure™ Compliance Meter® makes it easy for subscribers to demonstrate their ongoing compliance to their customers and partners.
Compliance Helper also offers HIPAAssure™ Micro, for small business associates with up to five employees, and HIPAAssure™ Macro, for companies with more than 20 employees.
The new HIPAAssure™ Mini slashes the number of policies, procedures, forms, and tasks that the organization has to deal with by providing content that is customized for companies in the 1-20 employee range.

HIPAAssure™ Mini provides a fine-tuned solution for companies that are too large or complex for HIPAAssure™ Micro, but don’t need the complexity of the full HIPAAssure™ Macro content.

There are two levels of service for HIPAAssure™ Mini:

  • HIPAAssure™ Mini supplies the website, tasks, templates of policies, procedures, and forms, supported by a human Helper—a HIPAA privacy and security expert—assigned to each account. The Helper checks work, answers questions and guides subscribers through the process.
  • HIPAAssure™ Self Mini provides the same content, but does not include a Helper. It is intended for organizations that have some HIPAA knowledge and experience but need better tools and updated policies, procedures and forms.


The prices are:

  • HIPAAssure™ Self Mini: $195 initial fee, then $29.50 per month
  • HIPAAssure™ Mini: $295 initial fee, then $69.50 per month

Subscribers can upgrade or downgrade their monthly maintenance at any time.
